Prophet Ngawala Francis: Sermons That Can Change Your Life

Note: This article focuses on the sermons of Prophet Ngawala Francis, a French-speaking pastor. So, I strongly recommend reading this article only if you understand French.

I was born in a Christian family and I spent most of my childhood, teenage years and adulthood in churches; so you could say that I’ve been blessed to hear lots of sermons. And, I can’t really tell you which one was the best, but some of the most memorable sermon outlines came from a gifted man of God called Francis Ngawala.

Born on November 2 of a certain year, Francis Ngawala holds a doctorate degree in Christian Psychology and Counseling. He received and accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as His Savior in 1992, was baptized in 1992 and started serving the Lord in 1997. On May 4, 2002, he was ordained as a prophet of God and is today known as the president and representative of “La Fondation la Voix de la Puissance Divine”, which is based in Kinshasa.

Prophet Ngawala Francis is married to Mrs. Nana Esperance and is the father of 4 children. In the ministry, he is known for being an excellent speaker, always being driven by the Holy Spirit and for being passionate about the word of God.

I know there are many great pastors out there who have delivered life-changing sermons and even if Prophet Ngawala Francis isn’t a motivational speaker, his sermons aren’t just a breath of fresh air, they are epitomes of the gospel of truth.

It’s a fact that nowadays sermons are less about the gospel and more about motivational speeches. As a Christian, if you value the gospel of truth, here are some life-changing sermons by the Prophet Ngawala Francis.

Live in the Presence of God

Live in the Presence of God

In this sermon, Prophet Ngawala Francis starts by raising a question: Is it possible to live in the presence of the Lord permanently?

Yess!!

How?

One basic element that allows a Christian to constantly connect with God and live in His presence is faith –believing in God and believing that He can always be with you (wherever you are, wherever you go). As a Christian, it is important to keep in mind that you won’t be meeting with God on your spiritual path but instead He will always be walking with you.

Faith is important because it gives you a confidence and assurance of what God is and that He is with you. This is why we read in Psalm 23, “Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” Technically, King David didn’t see the rod and the staff of God, but he said this because he believed and he knew God would be with him even when he is going through the valley of death.

Highlight of the message: No matter what problem you are going through, God is with you even if you are in the midst of a huge storm.

How to Bring About the Presence of God?

How to Bring About the Presence of God?Some Christians tend to ask, “Why God chooses to manifest His presence only with a specific category of people? Why never me?”

According to the prophet, one of the main things that are destroying Christianity and misleading Christians is thinking that you should sit and wait for God. That’s not true!

There are certain attitudes or offerings that you can offer which can manifest the presence of God in your life. You see, the prophet often wonders why David, right after saying to Saul “give me some time”, went to pray right next to a river source (refer to 1 Samuel 17). After he prayed, David then went in front of Goliath and said “I come against you in the name of the LORD Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied.”

The prophet thinks that when David went to pray near the river, he first worshipped God and that’s when he received an assurance from God; the Lord must have told him that He would be with him.

Highlight of the message: If you want God’s presence to manifest in your life, seek Him wholeheartedly.
